Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of whipplesupercharger.ca (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Performance Plus Distributors Inc. (“Performance Plus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Whipple Superchargers is a product line. Performance Plus is an independent authorized distributor and is not the manufacturer of Whipple products. All manufacturer warranties, representations, and technical specifications originate from Whipple Superchargers.
By using this Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from Saskatchewan, Canada or directly from approved suppliers when applicable.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, supply chain issues, manufacturer production schedules, or events beyond our control.
If shipping outside Canada, duties, brokerage fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Returns and Refunds
No refunds will be issued once we place your order with Whipple, as manufacturing of the supercharger begins immediately.
Supercharger systems, special order products, and custom-configured items are non-refundable once ordered.
Electrical components, tuning devices, and any opened or installed items are non-refundable.
Approved returns, if granted in writing at our discretion, may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
Returned items must be new, unopened, and in original packaging unless otherwise authorized.
In-Stock Products
Products stocked by Performance Plus may be cancelled prior to being prepped for shipment.
Once an item has been processed for shipment, packaged, or transferred to a carrier, it is considered shipped and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Warranty
Performance Plus does not manufacture Whipple products.
All product warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s warranty process.
We do not guarantee compatibility with your specific vehicle unless explicitly stated in writing. It is your responsibility to verify fitment before purchase.
Performance Use and Compliance
Supercharger systems and performance parts may increase stress on engine and drivetrain components, affect vehicle warranty coverage, alter emissions compliance, and may be restricted for use on public roads in certain jurisdictions.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local, provincial, state, and federal laws.
We make no representation that products are legal for on-road use in your jurisdiction unless specifically stated.
Pricing and Errors
Prices may change without notice.
While we strive for accuracy, pricing or listing errors may occur on our Site or other sales channels. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders arising from incorrect pricing, descriptions, or availability.
If payment has been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
Payments
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the full purchase amount including applicable taxes and shipping.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
Limitation of Liability
Performance Plus Distributors Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of income or vehicle downtime, engine or drivetrain failure, installation errors, tuning-related damage, or any damages exceeding the amount paid for the product.
All products are used at your own risk.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Performance Plus Distributors Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from installation or use of purchased products, misuse or improper installation, or violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, images, text, graphics, and downloadable materials, is the property of Performance Plus Distributors Inc. or used with permission.
No content may be copied or reproduced without written consent.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the applicable laws of Canada.
